What is OpenID?

OpenID is a protocol that allows user to authenticate into different systems with the same digital identity. OpenID replaces the traditional login by providing username and password. OpenID is in the form of a unique url and is provided by OpenID providers. Google, AOL, Yahoo, IBM, Microsolf, MySpace and several large websites provide OpenID.

How to use
OpenID login forms are different from the usual login form. It can be easily identified the by the OpenID logo. They have only one input box to enter the OpenID. This form will connected to an implementation of OpenID library.
